Susan doesn’t come from marketing. She comes from finance. As an underwriter and Managing Director in private equity, she spent years assessing what a business was actually worth betting on.

She helped launch Yelp in Philadelphia in 2007, then moved into growth marketing and scaled a company from $1M to $4.5M in a single year. She brings that same diagnostic eye to owners who are spending on marketing that isn’t working and can’t figure out why.

Ibiza turns the ideas in your head into things people can actually see. She is the creative force behind Sterling Scalability, taking a strategy or a half-formed instinct and coming back with something that looks exactly like what you meant.

With a background across social, email, production, and operations, she makes sure the high-level strategy becomes seamless execution, and that nothing falls through the cracks.
